Delete your ScrollStep account

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open ScrollStep → Profile → the gear icon (Settings).
  2. Tap Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you'll be asked to confirm with Apple so that we can revoke access too.

This permanently deletes your account and everything we store on our servers: profile, backups, streaks and invite records. It can't be undone.

By email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm within 30 days.

Good to know

  • Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Data on your phone (settings, history) is removed when you delete the app.
  • Server data is removed from live systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.
